Our electricians are friendly, easy to talk to, and give our clients a sense of security. We are very conscientious of our team members and everyone one of them go through a detailed background check and training program prior to going into the field.
Per Lead Technician
$300 for the first hour of service and is charged at the first hour of every 7-hour day, or every visit, unless otherwise agreed upon. This item along with a service vehicle charge ($85) is considered our minimum charge for service, which totals $385.00 plus hst.
$135 an hour for every subsequent hour after the 1st hour.
Why the minimum charge you may ask?
- Our office takes your information and schedules your service.
- Our Project Coordinators take care of the details to ensure the technician has the proper information about your service request.
- Our technicians spend time daily stocking their service vehicles, cleaning and maintaining their service vehicle as well.
- We also have office staff that procure our stock items and manage inventory.
- And lastly, the technician spends time travelling to your project location and travelling back to our home base or to the next job.
- All this time spent by our teammembers is what sets us apart and is the reason we are a multi-award winning electrical contractor year after year.
- All of this work is what contributes to our minimum service charge.
Per Technician II
$200 for the first hour and charged at the first hour of every 7-hour day or every visit unless otherwise agreed upon. This item along with a service vehicle charge ($85) is considered our minimum charge for service, which totals $285.00 plus hst.
$90 an hour thereafter
* Additional technians will be used at our discretion and is based on the scope of work and whether additonal man/woman power is required.
** Engineer technician may be used instead of an electrical technician at our discretion and is based on the scope of work and whether additonal man/woman power is required.
Service Vehicle Charge
$85.00 – minimum charge for up to one hour. This is incorporated into minimum fee service calls of $385.00 plus hst.
$35/ hour thereafter.
*Location, parking, weather and traffic conditions permitting you may charged an additional fee between $9.99 to $139.99 depending on your location within the GTA & GTHA
Project Adminstration
Getting a service scheduled and technicians informed so they can be prepared is a crucial step towards our awarding winning service. Our charge rate is $15/ 15 minutes.
Project Coordination
$20/15 minutes if multiple discussions for project coordination are required by the client.
Procurement of Materials
$55/30 minutes if non-stock items.
If the technicians do not pickup the materials themselves during their service call. The procurement of materials requires teamwork and multiple people to ensure a smooth execution. Materials are extra to any labour rate.
Consultation
Onsite Consultation fee starting at $295.00 plus hst
15-minute Phone Consultation free.
Emergency Service-calls
Carry a factor of 1.5x per hour on each technician.
Waste Removal
Environmental Fees start at $15.99 – and can go up to $249.99 and more on certain materials which require additional handling charges, however the costs of waste removal can be much large depending on the material type, size, and weight.
